Content: To approve the sale of the former school site. 1)    To provide delegated authority to the Service Director – Property Services to apply for an order to the Secretary of State pursuant to s554 of the Education Act 1996 to release the rights of any potential beneficiaries   2)    Following approval from the Secretary of State provide delegated authority for the Service Director – Property Services to approve the Heads of Terms and complete the sale with the purchaser.
