Content: That it be AGREED IN PRINCIPLE that: 1.     The Associate Director: Garden Communities be authorised to engage with the relevant developers/landowners to discuss potential alternative use of this land to help facilitate the garden communities development; and 2.     A further report be submitted to the Executive Committee if an alternative use is proposed explaining the change of use and any financial/legal implications.
