Content: Agreed (i) - That Cabinet approve the release of the budget consultation document as the basis for the public consultation on the budget proposals for 2025/26 on 6 January 2025. Agreed (ii) - It should be noted that this date may be subject to review if announcements from government are delayed or result in significant changes to any funding assumptions. Agreed (iii) - That delegated authority be given to the s151 Officer, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Financial Sustainability and Corporate Services, to finalise the content of the document for publication and to vary the consultation timetable if needed in light of the matters described in Recommendation (ii) above.
